When dribbling the ball:

  • Keep you head up.

  • Stay on the balls of your feet

  • Lower your center of gravity.

  • Change you speed and direction

  • Look to unbalance or wrong foot the opponent.

  • Keep the ball close to the body in tight spaces

Chest Control!

When controlling the ball with the chest!

  • Be relaxed

  • Absorb the ball as it makes contact with the body

  • Keep the feel as active as possible

  • Keep the chin tucked and eyes wide open

  • Protect the body space by keeping the arms bent and chest high
